The project is the first EPC project undertaken by CMEC in North America. It mainly includes a 2-storey student apartment building and its parking lot, covering design, construction, fitment, equipment installation, procurement and installation of furniture and appliances, etc. 

The project is under construction, with first-phase construction completed.
